BONDERITE C-AK 187DR ALKALINE CLEANER is a high alkalinity, heavy duty, dip, spray and electro-cleaner formulated for fast, efficient cleaning of steel strip prior to continuous annealing, electroplating and galvanising.
BONDERITE C-AK 187DR ALKALINE CLEANER incorporates a blend of surfactants for rapid penetration and emulsification of a wide range of rolling oils. Such emulsions are designed to be sufficiently unstable to allow separation of oil on standing for subsequently effluent disposal.
Dùng cho quy trình nhúng, phun và electro - yêu cầu gia nhiệt từ 60-80 độ C.
Tính năng:
- Tẩy dầu mỡ. Nhiệt dộ vận hành từ 50 – 80oC, phù hợp với dây chuyền tốc độ cao.
- Tiêu hao tham khảo: 0,5 - 0,7Kg/1 tấn sản phẩm
